Rented bedrooms often come with shallow closets or none at all. We build this open closet system from thick carbon steel finished in pink, combining hanging rods with stacked wire shelves. It sets up along an open wall to take winter coats, daily shirts, and footwear in one place.
Adjustable hanging heights
The hanging rods clip into place along the posts and detach when you need full clearance. Drop a rod lower for shirts and jackets, or unclip it to let long coats and dresses hang straight without bunching on the wire shelf below.
Stacked wire shelving
Wide shelves hold storage bins and luggage while smaller side tiers hold folded denim, sweaters, and rows of shoes. The open wire lets air move through your laundry and keeps dust from settling into thick corners.
Pink powder coat
We coat the carbon steel frame in a smooth pink finish that resists moisture from damp air-drying laundry. The color gives an open bedroom corner a deliberate look rather than feeling like exposed hardware.
Slip sleeve assembly
Tapered sleeves lock each shelf and rod to the steel posts without bolts or drills. Leveling feet thread into the base to steady the frame against uneven floorboards and keep the metal edges off your finish.
