From dock to door

The short version: we build the steel, our retail partner moves it. Every buy button on this site opens the product page at their store, and from that point the order is theirs to carry — payment, packing, the truck and the doorbell.

Delivery speed and cost are set by the store at checkout, and they depend on your address and account, not on anything we control. The honest answer to “when will it arrive” is always on their order page, updated as the box moves.

One practical note from the loading side: the racks ship folded or in parts, in long flat boxes. Clear a hallway before it arrives, and count the parts against the sheet before the packaging goes out with the recycling.
