What it is on the floor
When a rented room has no built-in closet, this standalone black steel frame takes over the wall. We paired hanging runs with open shelving and fabric drawers so coats, folded knits, and bedding share the same footprint without drilling into plaster.
Rods for mixed lengths
Hang trench coats and long dresses on the taller drop, then use the shorter spans for shirts and jackets. The rods set into the steel uprights so hangers slide along without catching on corner joints.
