What it is on the floor
Basement walls and garage corners fill up fast with heavy toolboxes, lidded totes, and awkward gear that needs a home off the concrete. We built this black steel unit with adjustable tiers that clip into place along the upright posts, plus dedicated hanging space alongside wide wire decks. You can run the tiers high or split the frame to make side-by-side work surfaces when your wall layout changes.
Adjustable shelf heights
Snap the tier clips higher or lower along the grooved posts to clear tall plastic bins below and stack shallow parts trays up top. You decide the gap between wire decks as your gear changes.
Built in hanging space
Hang long tools, work coats, and extension cords right on the frame instead of losing floor space to separate hooks. The hanging area keeps daily gear within arm reach while bulky totes rest on the wire decks.
Split into workbenches
Build the steel uprights into a tall vertical tower against the garage wall, or break the frame down into side-by-side low units. The split design lets you set up an open work table with storage underneath.
Bolt free assembly
The frame slots together without small hardware, nuts, or bolts. We include a mallet and gloves in the box so you can tap the beams into the upright corner posts and set your shelf spacing quickly.
